Why do I need Route Package Protection?

If you do not purchase Route, Start Bio Solutions cannot be held responsible for any issues that have occurred during delivery.  

By purchasing Route, you ensure that there won’t be any issues with receiving a refund or additional cost for a replacement order if any delays, loss, theft or damage does occur during delivery. 

How does Route process refunds or reorders?

• Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes.
• Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.
