Does urineFREE work after the carpet has been professionally cleaned?Updated a year ago

🙅‍♀️ Ideally, we recommend to use urineFREE before having your carpet steam cleaned or shampooed.

🌟 But if it's too late, it depends on how your carpet has been professionally cleaned:

• If it was dry-cleaned, it shouldn't present a problem.
• If it was shampooed, the chemicals used can coat or encapsulate the uric acid crystals, making it difficult for urineFREE to penetrate.

🧽 If your carpet has been shampooed prior to using urineFREE, you need to remove as much of the other product as possible from the urine affected areas with clean water and a cloth. Sponge out as much as you can then blot with paper towelling. Let dry and then, apply urineFREE according to the directions.
